Shipping

When we receive your order we try our best to process and ship the order within 1-3 working days.

Once the order has shipped we will send you a tracking number so you can coordinate delivery. Please note, that once your order is shipped we cannot be liable for unforeseen courier delays and issues.

UK Shipping Rates:

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Delivery service. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on the weight …

2 to 10kg - £7
10kg up > - £15

If you need your parcel for a specific date please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.

International Shipping:

All international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

If your country is not an option at the checkout location drop-down please contact us on laura@wovenrosa.com.

For international buyers please note that customs, taxes and charges are not included and are your own responsibility.

  • EU orders are charged customs and duties on orders. Please check at your customs office for specific regional costs.

  • USA orders are charged customs and duties on orders over $800 USD. 

  • Australian orders are charged customs and duties on orders over $1000 AUD when shipping from the UK to Australia.

Breakages:

All of our products are carefully packaged in eco-friendly packaging however if you receive items that have been damaged please contact us on laura@wovenrosa.com.

Returns & Cancellations

From start to finish we want you to love your Woven Rosa item. Our products are life long investments & we want you to treasure them in your home for years to come. If for some reason they’re not right for you or your space then we aim to fix it. (We get it, it’s hard to match that pea green wallpaper)

  • We offer returns & refund after the first 14 days of purchase provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition, with all tags still attached and with all original packaging. Once we have received your return we will then refund the amount minus £10 for postage & packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on delivery charges.

  • Please email us on laura@wovenrosa.com to arrange a return including the reason for return so we can improve your experience in the future.

  • We are not responsible for any returned items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) be obtained when returning any item.

  • Due to the nature of our unique items unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.

  • If for some reason you wish to cancel your order please email us on laura@wovenrosa.com as soon as possible and we can issue a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the refund guidelines.

  • Our returns policy complies with The Distance Selling Regulations.

  • Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds on Sale items.
